Payment Details:
We accept PayPal.
We prefer payments by PayPal for mutual security and fast and smooth transactions. All major debit and credit cards are accepted through PayPal. We dont have the facility to accept credit and debit cards via phone or in person.
 
Shipping Details:
Your item will be posted within 1 working days of cleared payment. If the payment is cleared after 5pm it will be processed the next working day, with the exception of Fridays to be sent out the following Monday. Royal mail will be used for the smaller items and the larger ones will be sent out using our own courier. Delivery times are 2-3 working days after dispatch (Mon to Fri) The above information is for guidelines only provided by Royal Mail. We cannot be held responsible for delays in postal delivery. If you have not receive your item within five working days please contact us via email.

Damaged Items : 
In the unlikely event that items are received damaged or faulty, please contact us. We will offer a replacement or exchange it with any other item, if there is a difference in cost then they will be charged or refunded.
 
 
Airport Damage:
We strongly recommend you examine your luggage carefully before you leave the airport. Damage due to mishandling by airport staff is not covered by your manufacturer's warranty. You must file a claim with the airline prior to leaving the airport.
